Higher Ed Gets higher

 Time to come out of my posting withdrawal to again ask for some generous folk to contribute towards the education of my african fried Hadi. If you recall last year about this time I raised $300 to send him to college for Civil Engineering for a year. He's doing OK, last semester his GPA was 2.8, but he thinks this semester he got it over 3. Since his house only has a roof on some rooms, I think that's pretty good. Anyway, it's time for next years tuition, and, like everywhere else in the world, it's gone up. Still only $350 for a year though, so better than Harvard. Hell, better than the Saxby Bend Community College of Southern North Dakota.
