I have this problem with grinding my teeth at night, and i woke up on tuesday with my tooth just chilling on my tongue and a mouth full of blood. So i guess i was grinding so hard i broke my tooth off at the gumline..
Nice huh? So i went to the dentist. and now you cant even notice.
