hi! hello! hi! i find it really difficult to do this but i have to make a modly reminder!

i have to admit, i am a bit confused by this -- even though you've got someone named spencer here, it doesn't feel like it's v. related to bandom.

you are free to use our prompts for all your writing, even original fiction. however, me and sonstoodstammer feel that anything not bandslash-related shouldn't be posted to the community. we just want to keep all drabble/fic posts on we_are_cities on-topic to make things clear and easy for the people who have watched the comm for prompts and FBR-fandom related writing, which is specifically what WAC is about, like it says in the userinfo and introductory post. we've loosened the rules a bit once in a while, and let things like conor oberst/ryan adams fic through, also, but original fiction is still not what this comm is about. :) we are not trying to make the prompts exclusive -- just post original or non-bandom responses to your personal journal, or even other applicable communities.

i am not trying to make any drama, i promise! we support everyone getting to write and write and write. i just hope that i could remind you to keep posts here in the comm related to what the watchers of the comm signed up for.

uhm, I'm a bit confused--it's not bandslash, it's original, the character is my own, Spencer Elsner, the name is purely coicidential! I don't want to cause any trouble! =O

OH! oh, after re-reading that, I get it! I think. Are you telling me that bandslash/bandom (I'm assuming het-band fiction?) is what anything I write should be, or that I need to change the name Spencer?
