I thought that was an amazing insight into their characters, growing up and fame and all around as amazing as only you can make it and I don't even like Tokio Hotel.

Bwah, thanks, especially if you don't like TH :D I'm surprised anyone even knew what I was talking about, with this band *g* They're huge here, but they're not exactly an international act. Happy you enjoyed it!

...there’s probably no such contentment for Bill, whose high expectations of true, abiding love are based on an experience of unparalleled symbiosis, or Tom, who has already given up the search Bill doesn’t yet realize is futile.

And that right there is why I seriously doubt either of the twins will ever get married. Or if they do, it won't last long. No woman could ever hope to be more than 3rd place in Bill's or Tom's life. The twin will always come first, the music will always come second. In some ways it makes me a little sad for them. But in reality, those two have a bond and a love that the rest of us spend our entire lives searching for, and so few of us ever actually find it.

It seems that way, doesn't it? Which is a little sad, yes, especially if Bill's well-publicised search for 'true love' is really what drives him - seems like he'd be setting himself up for disappointment.

/entirely too serious, lol. No, but the twins' relationship surely is special. You can see it whenever they look at each other, just, aww :) Too cute. We're lucky we mere mortals get a glimpse of it now and again *g*

Again, incredibly realistic little drabbles--I'm amazed by your ability to create such plausable feelings with so few words--Love the idea of Bill's makup going from war paint to mask <3

Thank you! :) It's fun to play within the tight structure of a drabble sometimes. I'm happy if it worked!
