What are the chances that both our Astorias would be disabled?! While I'm sure our Astorias will be different in a million ways - including the extent and cause of the disability - I find it incredible that we came up with this independently! I would love to read your take on Astoria. My Astoria only attended Hogwarts for a year or two (and only because that would make it canon compliant!) before it became too difficult for her because of the lack of accomodations and acceptance in wizarding schools, re: Squibs and other wizards and witches in sort of reduced states. Underlying politics and all that.

I also see her as being perceptive (I hope that came across in the fic!) and patient but also strong and straightforward. I want her to say things as she sees it and it's her lack of artiface that wins Draco over. Okay, I've got to stop before I feel compelled to write another fic about her. She was never blonde for me - I was debating between black or brown hair but she was definitely going to have dark color eyes and I didn't want her to look like Pansy.
