Woohoo, first challenge, here we go! You are eligible to enter if your name is listed here. Sign-ups are still open!
GENERAL RULES
- Only one icon per entrant, per challenge.
- Post your icon and the URL to this post, as a comment. All comments are screened. If you would like to change your entry before the end of the challenge, you can do so as long as you delete your previous comment(s) to avoid confusion.
- All icons must fit LJ requirements (under 40kb, 100x100 px).
- Do not show your icon anywhere else until the current challenge is over (i.e. voting results for the challenge posted).
- Blending is allowed. No animations.
- If you have an available bye, you may use it. Byes are depicted by the stars in this post. If you fail to submit an icon and you have no available bye, you will be disqualified.
- Have fun!

CHALLENGE: Blue
For this challenge, your icon must feature your chosen character, and the color blue. Some examples drawn from past winners:

OPTIONAL: Alias Button
When I post results I will be using these little alias button things in place of usernames. [Example]
If you want to make your own, submit a 100px wide by 40px tall image that has (1) an image of your chosen character, and (2) the name of your character on it. You can submit in a comment below along with your challenge 1 entry.
This is optional -- if you don't submit a button, I will make one for you. :)
ALSO, we have a new affiliate: d_gentstill! It's a revival of the old d_gentstills with new management, funkytrain and rainbowishes. And while we're at it, d_ladicontest has also been revived under new management, filmowe and karuzella. Check them both out!
