Looking for fanfic about Neal's anklet

I've been looking all over for this fic that I read a while ago. I'm pretty sure it was a one-shot, and Neal had come over to the Burke's house in the middle of the night because Peter had put the anklet on the wrong ankle and he couldn't sleep without it being out on the correct one.
