FOUND: Chained Neal becomes traumatized and can't wear his anklet

Hi. I'm looking for a fic where Neal ended up captured during an undercover mission gone wrong. The bad guys chained him to the floor and I think he was stuck there under pretty shitty circumstances for quite some time before the team managed to safe him. Afterwards he seems fine, except when Peter has to put the anklet back on he freaks out really bad. He has to wear the anklet or go back to prison. Peter takes him home and he and Elizabeth help Neal work through his trauma until he can put the anklet back on again. I don't remember if there was any sex involved or if it was gen.
