WCIF these, if they even exist. x_X
I've been out of the Sims-playing loop for quite a while now, and just recently decided to play a little bit again. I think, in my absence, my ability to search for things bottomed out and drowned, because I'm almost certain I've seen at least one of these couple of things SOMEWHERE, and absolutely can't find it.
- The first thing is the thing I swear I've seen; floor mounted or under-furniture burglar and fire alarms. I'm so sick of seeing them on the walls. I have a tiny little wall-mounted fire alarm, but it still gets in the way sometimes, so I'd love to get my hands on some that are really, really hideable. I tried looking for them, like I said, but I could very easily have overlooked them somewhere obvious. I feel incredibly stupid for not knowing where they are...But I guess if they DON'T exist, I'll just feel crazy for thinking I HAD seen them. xD Oh yay.
- And the other thing is another episode of not knowing if it's even been made. I'm looking for some kind of recolorable outdoor house sign. Like, maybe hanging from a chain or something so it looks like it's dangling from the roof of a porch or something. I know there are house numbers, and maybe house lettering somewhere, but I would rather it be a little sign so I can just recolor the one simple item to have the family's name. I tried using a little canvas from one of the sets on MTS, but it looked really flat and out of place on the outdoors.
These things need to be basegame compatible for TS2, so there are a lot of thanks in order for any help anybody can offer!
