WCIF a plant and...a mod?

So, I'm looking for this plant since, I don't know, FOREVER. I already saw recolors or other plants that come in red and purple cans (is that word correct?) :/
And here I'm looking for a mod that allow me to place things behind the stairs, like the picture. Not the books (but I would be glad to find them too if someone knows anything about it). I already tried some mods from MTS2, but none of them worked in my game :( Maybe I'm the most stupid player here, but this mods are hard.
(Or maybe FadeToBlack just used move_objects on to put the books and I'm talking bullshit here :/)
