Hair similiar to this

I am reinstalling my games after my computer crashed and I have this hair but I want a better quality hair like it. Everything I find is too long, not the right color, etc. When I take photos, the hair comes out all blotchy.

I've looked at MTS, Rao Sims, XM Sims..
