Home Inspection
Well, we've had our home inspection. There are a few concerns, but nothing horrible. We're asking for a credit, so hopefully we'll get a little something off the closing. It was interesting to see what happens and what info you get.
We've got our commitment letter, so financing is all in order. I need to fax some more info to the loan processor, and then we should be all set. I can't wait for the paperwork to be over so we can start painting all the rooms, renovating the kitchen, building the bench and table for the breakfast nook... we've got so much to do! And we can start (if all goes well) in a little over 2 weeks!
