Does anyone know how to divorce someone by abandonment?
A couple of years ago my wife left me for a job in New York while I was recovering from Leukemia. For a couple of years I didn't really care that I was still technically married to her. I would like to get rid of that technicality now. I do have her email address but she is now refusing to provide me with her physical address to send divorce papers to. I want nothing from her except my freedom and to my knowledge she wants nothing from me. This may solve itself in the next few weeks. Just in case I'm asking for advice.
