Proud parent time
We had our first parent-teacher conference of the year. Now, as parents, we always think our children are wonderful, but to have independent confirmation from your child's teacher, well, there are no words.
Little bear is well above average in all his subjects, scoring above 90% in almost everything. His reading comprehension is well above the third grade level. He always volunteers to give answers in class, does his work without much fuss, and is very well behaved. His teacher said that he really is a joy for her to have him in her class.
It's times like this that remind me why I became a parent, and how blessed I am to have the child that I have.
