There used to be a hospital across the street from my house. They moved to a new facility in November. Now there's a construction fence around the building. The hospital sold (or gave) the place to the school district, and they are converting it into part of the high school.
I didn't mind having a hospital across the street. It was handy, especially when I was pregnant.
But I don't want the high school across the street. Not with the students we have in this city.
Needless to say, the push to move to a new house is on.
