Let's Say Farewell to Petri & Daniel!
Time to say goodbye! Two extremely loyal and drama-free professionals and thoroughly likeable individuals off-pitch are going to leave Werder Bremen at then end of this season. It's their last home game tmrw. Let's say farewell to both of them with this post! Get your kleenex out *sniff*

I liked him very much in the parrot kit! Matched his hair while it was still there and ginge! F. i. against a young Guerero, the Bavarian version thereof.
He also played for Finland's mighty national team...

He played a lot for Werder (only three goals all in all though (I am NOT complaining ;)) And you may add all the denied one's of this season which leaves you with: FIVE!!
He was playing many, many matches for Werder - mostly as LB - not as centre back, his natural position.
Like against Enschede last season...
Or battling against quickfooted players like FarFUN (what a tough job...).
Naturally, there were sad moments, like his injuy...( and you can add all of this season here too)
...as well as happy moments! Yay!
And some intimate Frings moment... (be lenient with me, I could not resist to add some Frings here).

And there might also be more people leaving too. Niemeyer will become a Herthaner now officially. What about Huse? Vranjes... And, very likely, Frings. Well he won't simply "leave", he'll be around, for sures. But things are not official yet, so patience yourselves. But it might also be his last home game... possibly, maybe... Unless he he lowers his price. Idk.
