Sing and Rejoice!
Hello Cherubs!
It’s been a tad too long since my last post. I promise that I will try to post often like I used to…once upon a time. Hell…I don’t even have that many people that actually read this thing, but I am glad you are reading now.
HOUSE:
I am OH SO READY to move into the new house. We have started packing, but May 30th seems sooo far away, even though I know it will be here before you know it. I encourage you all to make a road trip once we get settled. It would be fantastic. I don’t think we are going to do ANY updates to the house before we move it…it really doesn’t need anything. The Seller did an amazing job painting and it’s all nice and neutral. However, that small bedroom in the basement that will be my office is…PINK. REALLY PINK. The teen that lives is REALLY into that Girly PUNK rock so it’s all PINK and BLACK. It’s cute, but not really my style, NOR do I want to spend most of my week working (since I still work from home) in a room that looks like the inside of a vaginal canal. However, I am not sure what color to use. I am thinking about going with a neutral green. We shall see…we…shall…see.
VISITORS:
We have visitors this weekend so it’s time to clean up the packing so the apartment is actually presentable to host guests. I have NO idea what we are going to do, but I am sure we will have a good time. Katie & Jason are good people. I am sure will go to the Chatterbox for the first time. We almost went the last time they were in town we were going to go, but we didn’t have the time. It will also give us a chance to show them the house since our new home is only 1.5 blocks away. GOOD TIMES!
PERFORMANCE:
April/May are going to be a busy busy month for me. I have several auditions lined up and I am pleased as punch. I am not sure if anything will come of them, but it’s great practice. I have a couple theater auditions and several film auditions. A few of them I am really curious about. For instance, THE FULL MONTY would be GREAT TIMES. Not sure I am REALLY thrilled about the idea of prancing around the stage in my undies…BUT it would be FANTSTIC to be in such an amazing show. Especially since it will be my first show in the Twin Cities.
I think that’s enough for now …
