Where in the World is Wino San Diego?!?
Hello Wino's:
I have decided to take on a new project, adventure if you will. As many of you know, I greatly enjoy wine. However, most of you think I know what I am talking about. Truthfully, that’s a Negative Ghost Rider. I know just enough to get myself into conversations that quickly fly over my head. I have staple wines that I enjoy, but I never really stray from the safe road of Rieslings. This is mainly due to living with people (a person) who didn’t like to venture into the unknown. I enjoy all wine. I really do.
I have decided that I am going to pick a wine each month and focus on exploring the depths of its flavor profile and learning about those specific varietals. I encourage you to play along as well. I am thinking that I am going to shoot for 1 bottle a week, though lordy jeebus knows I can polish off a bottle in a night (or two). Also I think I am going to alternate months with White vs Red etc.
Friends, help me choose where to begin this new adventure. Suggestions are welcome and requested.
