Vacant Era Film Festival

Wow, Last weekend I had the best time I have ever had in a long time.  I've always had an intrest in films.  Wanted to act in them, produce them, and direct them.  There are some movies I  can still quote and know the ins and outs of how they are made.  I'm always reluctant to buy a movie these days with out the featurette; unless of course it's an oldie.

Anyway...
I went to this festival and watched everything from music videos to full length features.  Needless to say, most of them were from Oklahoma and werre quite good.  The Stanton Family Grave Robbery is one of the best movies that was shown and was made by three filmakers from Norman.

I also met filmakers from other states.  The whole weekend I spent with filmakers from Chicago, Florida and Seattle.  They said I was one to and should seriously consiter getting my own production company going.  Which I am.

I haven't had such a high since med fair and to think I'll be getting it twice a year.
