I concur...It is shocking to see the folks after a long time...I've seen them twice in 3 years and everytime I thought they looked older...much older than I'd thought...

I saw my folks after about 2 years, and though I did not notice much change in my Dad, I thought my Mom had lost a lot of weight. She has diabetes, hence. She's regained it now. And, I'm so much more happier spending time with them in India than chasing my dollar dreams in the US. My Mom once told me that she saw an interview of Manoj Bajpai, the (ace) actor, in which he was asked if he had any regrets in life. He is supposed to have replied, "In my single minded quest for my goals, I forgot my mother." Let's not let this happen to us.
