If there's a prompt we really like but it's already been filled, is that the end of that prompt? Or can multiple people fill it?

We're going to say no. If, (like we just got with the hulk prompt), two fills for the same prompt are put in the queue before we can push them through, than we're obviously not going to say no to it, but if a prompt has already been filled and published we'd prefer you fill another prompt.

It's just to share the fills around. Because it'd be kind of a let down if some people got 2+ fills for one of their prompts and other people have had none of their prompts filled.
