Deep Breath
Damnit!
Well, my computer died (again, for the jillionth time) and I decided now was as good a time as any to transfer all the parts to the new case/power supply that I had sitting around, hopefully to prove that it was just the power supply and only the power supply that was bad. Well, now that Ive done all that, I realized that I dont know where to plug in the damn connector wire for the power on button on the row of 10 connector pins. Damn you different cases and your different color coding schemes. Well, after comparing the 2 cases, and configurations, and consulting the internet, and my dad (the ultimate resource), and finally using trial and error to connect the cable to every combination of 2 pins on the board, I still havent been able to resurrect my computer. Which means most likely its the cpu or something equally crucial on the motherboard. Which means im screwed. sigh.
In other news, I applied for a job at the T-mobile store near campus, since apparently they are severely understaffed. It would be bloody amazing to get hired there, since the pay/benefits would be lightyears beyond what I get now. I could afford to buy things that arent food/drink, or rent, or bills!
Oh yeah, and I also got a traffic ticket for pulling an illegal u-turn to get to work. These fuckers put up cones so I cant turn left into work like any normal road, and instead divert me on a fucking 5 minute journey around the next lighted intersection. So now I have to go traffic court to appeal my stupid ticket which I cannot afford to pay.
To end on a slightly better note, I got to see the Flyers play at Zapatos on Friday. They are awesome. Also, I got semi beat up by Kristin over the course of the day. Which isnt to say that I didnt like it ;)
