Wow, I had no idea that people would celebrate Christmas in a place like this. I guess it makes sense; any reason to celebrate is a good one. Still, I'm sorry I wasn't really prepared for the whole thing. Thanks to those of you who gave me something; I appreciate all of the gifts and will wear, eat, or otherwise utilize each and every one, honest.

And to whoever gave me that anonymous gift... thanks. I won't take it off.

I was never much for celebrating holidays even back home, but I'll try and reciprocate somehow. Thanks again, and happy belated holidays.

[OOC- The following gifts will be left for people over the next couple of days, with the attached notes:

Dean- fresh apple pie and a six-pack of his favorite beer. "We can share it over a chat, which should probably happen soon. That is, unless it's gone in record time."
Ruby- an impromptu basket with all of the sweets he could get his hands on, from chocolate to jelly beans to rock candy. "This should last you a day or so. If it doesn't, well, at least you get to watch me have earth-shaking migraines whenever we practice, so that's probably a gift in its own right."
Castiel- just a handmade card with a sketch of a manger and the Christmas star. "I know the roots of the holiday aren't exactly Christian, but accept this in the spirit in which it was meant. Thank you for shaking up my faith; it gives me a reason to go find it once again."
Coraline- a red journal. "Start writing down your adventures. I'd like to hear some of your own stories sometime."
Haruhi- a near-perfect copy of his father's journal, in which John Winchester wrote down in-depth facts and personal experiences he's had with the occult. "These notes helped Dean and I get through a lot; maybe through a pair of fresh eyes, they can get us out of another scrape. If nothing else, I hope you find it interesting."

Anyone else that he's interacted with more than once (America, Helena, Terra, James, Ryoji, etc.) will receive a small gift bag filled with those little red-and-white peppermints.]

gifts are pretty sweet, i've got friends?, christmas is kinda silly
