I hope no one actually thought I was going to go over to the other side. It'd be suicide, and I've got enough evil sons of bitches gunning for me as it is. I don't need to get myself wiped off the slate because of my own hero complex.
Anyone up for hanging out until the cavalry comes back?

The blonde tilted her head eyeing Sam now on the counter. It really wasn’t a question to ponder on long as she just grinned. She really did think a lot of the young man. In some ways he was still as mysterious as Harry and others. "I think, well, you’re amazing. And gorgeous. Any girl should be lucky to know you." It was of course what she felt. She wanted to ask about that Jessica girl but decided against it. "I mean look at you. So young and mysterious. Really has an appeal." She continued on staying rooted in place before reaching for one of the bottles and opening it.
"What about you?" she asked before taking a sip.
[ooc: Oh no worries. xD]

What Sammy was good at was picking up on compliments. Especially of the rather blunt variety. God, this was getting to be ridiculously easy. Victims who consider their captors amazing, gorgeous, and mysterious... wow, he could have a field day with her.
The thought made him smile again, but it was her question that made him laugh fairly loudly. "What, what do I think of you, or of myself?" Shrugging his broad shoulders, he remarked, "Either way, it's all the same. I gotta wonder what was going through my head if I've let a face-to-face with someone like you become long overdue."

The blonde laughed slightly knowing that she should’ve clarified really before taking another sip and finding the drink to be just as good as back home. At least it wasn’t as bad as she thought it was going to be. Then again this place had a habit of surprising her.
"
Sorry, should’ve been a bit more specific, yeah?" Her free hand rubbed the back of her neck for a moment. A mannerism that she had picked up over the years of her former travels. "Me." She stated firmly giving Sam a bright smile without really knowing what was happening.
Though really she didn’t know why he hadn’t met her before. Nerves she probably guessed but wouldn’t really voiced. "You’ve probably just been busy with things." His brother instantly came to mind again. "Taking care of your brother and stuff." She understood all that. "And that’s fine really. I was starting to think the only time I’d see you was over the network."

"Mm. Dean." Shaking his head, he looked down at the knife in his hand and stared into his dark eyes through the shining surface of the blade. "Dean's a big boy. He should be able to take care of himself. And if he can't, well, I'm the baby brother, right? I've got my own trouble to get into, so wasting time on him is just stupid."
The slightly embittered tone to his voice disappeared as he returned his gaze to her, a wide smirk on his face as he added, "Especially since there's someone standing right in front of me that I'd love to spend some time on."
Pushing himself off the counter, he stopped just a few inches away from Rose and asked, "This whole 'shy guy/shy girl' thing is really just an act, right?"
[OOC- It's okay! I'm just glad work gave you back. <3]

At hearing him claim the stupidness and time wasted on his brother, she thought it didn’t sound like him. Had he been drinking prior to this? Or maybe they had gotten into a fight and he was just saying things? The blonde didn’t know and didn’t dare ask since it was rude and well last time she had asked he just brushed it off. Better to just nod which she did and then eyed the knife in his hand carefully before meeting his dark eyes. Her feet refused to move a single inch she found.
"Is it really? All this time you’ve just been having me on then?" she asked right back trying to figure this out. "I’ve been wanting to get to know you for a while now and well…you’ve just been pushing me away."
[ooc: Me too. I missed you guys! <3]

A more observant version of Sam would have thought that she'd figure something was off by now, but he was too concerned with mentally kicking the other Sam in the ass. He had things so easy over here, and he kept whining like some bad poetry-writing emo kid? "Push you away? Have I really?"
His knife hand reached around as he moved to put an arm about her waist, his cocky expression perhaps more suitable for Dean's face than for Sam's. "I won't be doing that again any time soon." Sammy then grinned as he pulled her towards him and lowered his face to hers, meaning to kiss her roughly.

It was odd seeing him like this, she thought. He looked so confident now and far from the shy version of him that she'd encounter from time to time over the network. Something was definitely going on here as she felt his arm against her waist. She wanted to pull back but found that her body just wouldn't corporate with what her mind was shouting at it to do.
"Sam," she started drawing in a rather shaky breath. "Are you sure you're alright?"
Reply
"Yeah. Sure." He gripped the knife tightly behind her back, ready to use it if she got difficult. "We'll both be a lot more than just all right in a few. Right?" His voice hardened a little more than he would've liked at that last word, but he was beginning to get a little impatient.
