I'm sure Balthier knows what's going on more than I do, but Fran told me to talk to Simon Tam about getting my powers back...if that helps any.

Haven't gotten them back yet, but they do seem to be returning to some. In fact, mine may return rather soon. Perhaps yours as well. I owe it to the fact we have pure and kind intentions.
