"Hey, don't have to convince me. I grew up in Manticore. Which, apparently, was Stolas' playground. I know how shitty things can get." He paused. "Okay, I haven't been to Hell, but still."
"I think once you die, you lose the prophet powers. But the Winchester gene pretty much screws you up. Ask your father. I'm sure he remembers how much fun it was down there."
Alec shifted and tucked his knees up under his chin. "I'm sure it does go away when I die, but I'll still be held acountable for what I've done." He considers that. "Which, actually is kinda nice really. Maybe it balances things out some." This was clearly a new thought.
"Is it?" He sighed. "I'm not really sure. Dad would come for me, but. . .I'm sure it's because I'm his son, not 'cause I'm a prophet." And that was a nice thing to be able to say.
