Winter session has been pretty chill.
Photography for 3 hours.
Chemistry for 2 hours.
Work at the Center for Historical Architecture and Design for 3 hours.
I'm pretty much stuck in my routine.
I've got a couple friends around, but it's overall pretty quiet around campus.
Having less people around has caused me to branch out.
I've started painting again.
I'm in the process of learning guitar... so far it hasn't really gotten to far.
I've made some new friends as well.
Most nights consist of that 70's show, a 40 oz, and good conversation with good people.

The best is when all the stoner mellow kids dance around the kitchen to james brown and old 80's tunes like we're at a disco.

A huge part of the last month was my memorable trip to Washington D.C. for the inauguration of Barack Obama.
It was like nothing I've ever experienced.
There we were, over 2 million people, all together for the same reason.
Every conflict, every sense of bitterness, everyone left their past behind and for this one day we were unified.
We all made our mark on history.
After our president was sworn in there were tears of joy all around.
People of all ages, all races, and all creeds hugging each other as if they've known each other all their lives.
The energy in the air was overwhelming.
We all knew that what we experienced would never be forgotten.

I'm not sure if I'll ever experience anything as historically important again.
