☁ Writings
~ Rini (ms_king) has been brave enough to help with my experiment. So, I'm now reading through her story The Atlas and learning her characters. And I have to say...BEG HER TO FINISH IT! All of you seriously, it's pretty damn good. I'm really starting to get into it. The characters are lovely and I love the premise of the story. Post-apocalyptic without all the darkish/doom and gloom/nasty that so many of its kind tend towards. Very enjoyable so far.
~ And on to my own darkish/nasty/doom and gloom - Today I was driving around town and had a sudden (though vague) story idea. About the four horsemen. And them not knowing who or what they actually are and somehow falling in with the Antichrist (who may or may not know either) and them almost unwittingly bringing about the Apocalypse. It's a blurry, blurry idea but may be one I have to pursue. Though probably not for a while as I have so many other projects going right now. We shall see.
☁ I Feel So Artistic
~ Out of frustration brought on by writer's block with many of my projects I've seemed to developed the urge to draw. It's the only way I can get things out any more it seems. Bad thing? I CAN'T DRAW. No really, I can't. It's terrible. But you know, it still makes me feel better and who knows, perhaps I'll improve and stumble across a style of drawing that actually suits me and flows out well.
