Teja, son of Tagila, gives greetings to Melaka Fray, Head of Security
I hope you are well; I am well, also.
Betty Manickle-Johnson, known as Shufti, and I interrogated Urquhart of Monadhliath, the paid murderer, and he testified as followed:
- Ramon Salazar had been the one to have paid him for my murder
- Urquhart did not give him away, but accosted him over things Ramon had not told him (which several of his visitors had pointed out in a clever manner), gave him a choice between paying more money, or a fight, and Ramon chose the fight
- They fought, Urquhart threatened to rape Ramon, but when he had won, he left Ramon on the ground, with his rear bared for next-to-utmost humiliation, and walked away
- Ramon turned into a cat-shaped monster (that would have been the black panther his woman mentioned), attacked Urquhart from behind as he was leaving, and killed him, apparently by biting off his head
- Through this, Urquhart seems to think all deals are off, and feels free to give away Ramon as having been his client in my murder
- We arrested Urquhart nevertheless, and gave him another sentence of 24 hours, for massively unfair brawling in a fight meant to be fair when it was started, in line with the rules, outside and with both parties choosing to fight; bodily threats of sexual violence are not to be tolerated
I shall let Urquhart go tomorrow, but will make sure that he stays available to repeat his confession to you, or facing Ramon, or in before whoever else necessary. I shall remain at hand in this place, also, and not go off to another world where I may use my axe or my rocket launcher against the enemies of my friends, until this is resolved. You know how to find me.-
Farewell!
