After talking to Jools, then Guppy, Shufti talks to Urquhart before leaving a note in the Office.
'I got two verbal complaints about a new patron called Urquhart. Jools says that he hit him across the face, and Guppy says he was threatened with death but cannot tell us why.
Since I don't think Jools was very much hurt at all, more scared, I met Urquhart and gave him a verbal warning but not cell time on the condition he leaves the pair of them alone. I made the rules clear to him. He agreed to these conditions but showed little sympathy for people who 'get in his way'. He also offered to kill someone for me before he realised I was on Security.
I agree with Dr Sandhu that he is potentially dangerous and may need keeping an eye on.
