To rut with this estranged fighting sister toy. Mel hurls herself at the fornt of her cell when she sees who it is.

"Steph?"

Steph got clocked pretty hard by Mordred's sword. There's no response, not even the traditional slight fluttering of the eyelids.

Without looking at Mel, as he is writing, Mordred says simply,

"She attempted to kill someone, and I knocked her out. Sadly, falling from the rafters onto a table happened."

Who she's referring to isn't obvious. But she's pressed up against the clear front of the cell, desparately trying to get a look.

He turns around to glance at her.

"Some young man called Roshuan...she didn't know him." A little pointed. "A little irrational, so I'm chalking it up to the curse. Apologize for me when she wakes up? Being cracked over the head with a sword is never pleasant. And I didn't exactly mean to break her leg, either."

He runs his hand through his silky black hair, and kicks the wall.

"Fucking curses," the prince mutters, and fades from view.
