"I've done it, I've found a vaccine for that weird flu we have!" Guppy yells in excitement. Work Experience Waitrat stands triumphantly on the PCR machine and makes peace symbols.
And then, the lights go down, followed by a massive earthquake! And a squeak! And a crash!
Guppy picks himself up, and is just reaching for his iPhone when the lights turn back on.
"Everyone okay?" he looks around for the infirmary waitrats.
Aesclepius scurries out from under the table. Guppy picks him up, puts him in his top pocket for safety, then looks around for Work Experience, around the machine... which has fallen off the table. Oh God, did the little guy get crushed?
Guppy cautiously moves around and tries to lift the machine, but it's heavy. He hears a rather pathetic squeak coming from inside, and realises that the lid closed down before it fell off. Perhaps he's okay in there. The lid is dented and jammed on tight though.
"Hang in there, I'll go get tools." Guppy says, putting Aesclepius down and racing back into the main bar.
