Hello all, and welcome to the official Big Fat Organisation Post for the move to Dreamwidth! This gets long and rather list-happy, so it's been broken up into handy little sections. But first, some important notes:

Hmm. Before your last ETA, I was going to reply with:

I suspect there may be a slight bug to do with fields beginning or ending with a numerical character; despite both being listed properly in the fandoms list, 3:10 to Yuma and Warehouse 13 came in as :10 to Yuma and Warehouse 1 respectively, and had to be fixed before adding.

I'm about to step out for a bit, but I'll test it out when I get back, and let you know when I figure it out.

But with Cooper, that is evidently not the case. I will poke at it when I get back; if we're lucky, it's hopefully nothing more than two people trying to submit at once.

I'm having the same error message when I try to enter Jane Austen but Will Scarlett and Tumnus went through.

ETA: Actually I keep getting this error An error occured while attempting to add you to the pending members queue. This is because you are possibly already a member (approved or unapproved) or someone used your email address to join this fanlisting before. If you wish to update your information, please go here.

So I think I'm going to stop trying for a while as I'm not sure how to make it happy and instead just get my pups joining the Bar and do the cast list later.

As per the instructions on the form, the cast list requires a unique email address for every submission - hence why we require that you just use yourcharacterusername@milliways.bar, or something similar. If you have used the same address for one of the other characters, your submission will not be processed.

ahaha I had the same problem when I was adding my pups to the roster too.

I figured that email example was just that: an example - of how to format our email addresses. I didn't know we were to do exactly that.

tomriddle@milliways.bar will work once, but only once - as I said above and on the submission form, the cast list requires a unique email address for every entry.

That... should not have been an issue; I submitted Crowley's entry with hyphens instead of underscores to test if it would go through properly, and it did.

...Welp, I just did a test submission for Destruction, and it went through fine, so I've gone ahead and approved him. Let me know if you still get the same error for Dale Cooper?

I'm getting the same general error for Veronica Mars, should I just wait a few minutes then try to plug it in again?

Totally relevant to your interests: It already has. :) Name is not quite the same and I still need to mess with the colors etc., but the content's there.

... As maintainer, I kind of goofed and tried to re-create it as a journal first. Oops.
