Something with a little fraud in it

The usb charging port in my cell phone was bad. Insufficient battery life to do a factory reset. I sent the phone in for repair to square trade. Sure enough, the fixed the usb port. The phone was returned in less than a week.

However, the next day, my bank card was charged over $100 for a Micro$oft Xbox account. I called the bank immediately and told them of the fraudulent transaction. They deactivated my card....But they refused to cancel the transaction (it was pending at the time I called). Yeah, it looks like I get to eat the fraud charge. I have never had an xbox.

I called Micro$oft, and found out the account was created the previous day. I gave them the account number, and they eliminated that in their system, but conveniently could NOT find a record of the charge anywhere in their system.

And yesterday, they tried to hack into my Facebook account. But because I had possession of the phone, and I had entered a fake password...thanks for playing.

Today is the 15th anniversary of the last movie I watch with one of my beloved cats.

In a solo solemn tradition, I watch the movie again. Not a reminder of happy times, but a marker in time. I know she was dying, but I wanted to remember her. Easter weekend, was our last.

Funny how you never forget somethings.

I have an overload of grief. 2 cats gone and Dad passing, all within 8 months.

I got a couple of new cats. They are 5 year old sisters. No names yet. The moment we choose to love, the world has something to use against us.

Wayno

cats, dad, grief, easter, misty
