Thank you! I am glad to hear you liked the story. It was the first time I wrote something (at least partially) from Merry's POV and I really enjoyed doing it. Forcing chastity on Sam and Frodo was fun, too... *evil grin*

She is always with us. A-l-w-a-y-s!

A L W A Y S, Frodo? This is hilarious! I could just see Frodo saying this and feel his frustration! I don't blame Merry for giggling... as I was giggling pretty hard myself!

"Frodo and Sam? I haven't the faintest idea where they are. They just said they had some urgent matter to settle...

I bet they did!

This is absolutely delightful. I loved every single word... especially the part about Sam 'saving the day'. What wonderful use you made of your quote!

Thank you for this gem.

Love...

Many thanks for the great feedback! I am happy to hear the story made you giggle. It was pretty much the effect I was aiming at. Angst is so not my thing...:)

Thank you! I've been struggling with the POVs for weeks (first Sam's, then Frodo's) and no one was working. The newspaper format solved the problem.:)

This is absolutely delightful!! You really had me going as to the identity of the Beast of Needlehole - and poor Frodo and Sam just barely survived their forced chasteness, I think!! I bet they ran almost as fast as the Beast to get to a private place to release all that pent-up lust!!

I'm going to be grinning the rest of the night after reading this!! *hugs*

It's quite likely. After all, they aren't used to abstinence, especially in my fics.:)

*giggles muchly* This was delightful, Bagma!!! Lovely idea to mix newspaper reports and letters and conversation. :))) The mystery was intriguing and I'm happy to see that Frodo and Sam saved the day and that Leto (OMG, was that name a coincidence????) was returned to her owner so that they could have some much-needed privacy again... the poor, love-deprived hobbits!!! :DDDD No wonder they disappeared at the end. :)))

Thank you for this! I really enjoyed reading it and it gave me a chuckle or ten. :DDDD

Thank you very much for the great feedback! I am glad to hear the story made you laugh. I don't know where the name Leto came from, honestly. There's a Leto in Greek mythology (she's Apollo and Artemis' mother) and Leto Atreides in Dune, but neither of them looks very simian.:) Somehow it just sounded appropriate.

I kind of thought of a certain Mr. J. Leto and that made it all the funnier... ;-)

*slaps brow*

I didn't think of him! I'm not a fan of his (and it's the understatement of the year), although I must admit I found him rather hot in Alexander. Maybe it was the eyeliner, though... I have a weakness for men with long hair and eyeliner.:)
