What a delight to have a fic from you and what a delightful fic! I loved how Sam used Elf-spotting as an excuse to escape to daydream about Frodo, and how Frodo likewise feigned interest in the deadly dull Elves as an excuse to seek Sam out. And then they were so preoccupied with each other, they didn't notice when real Elves did appear!

I hope the Elves will not mind coming over as a tad boring in my fic... but hey, they got to see Frodo and Sam make out!!!

I'm still chortling over Hewn Juan and the various poets' names, and Sam's obliviousness to a real honest to gosh Elf standing right in front of him. No better tribute could there be to the hotness of Frodo. *happy sigh*

Ahahaha, brilliant! Now we know why Sam burst into tears after being told he'd see Elves - he couldn't stand the thought of that Elvish poetry!

I love your description of Frodo's blush like nectar over whipped cream. And the mushroom fairy. And Frodo's 'scar'. 'Going to see the Elves' might become a wonderful euphemism for what they really got up to.
