When Kabuto first arrived, Sakura didn't know exactly what to expect from him. Whatever opinion she had of him before she found out he was a spy was completely negated. Not only did she not trust Kabuto, nor like him, she was also paranoid of him being around Sasuke. The last thing she wants is to lose him again and she couldn't be sure of Kabuto's intentions. She made those feelings quite clear.
As time went on though, Kabuto never once did anything 'wrong'. It became apparent he wasn't there for Sasuke. Not only that, she saw he was willing to assist anyone who needed help, which included her. Sakura decided for the time being, it was best to put her opinion of him aside. This isn't to say that she trusts him completely, she knows better than to let her guard down.
In the end she's glad to have him around, because early on they were the only ones who could really provide medical assistance (along with Ami). Taking care of others in the present is more important than whatever happened in the past, so she chose to try and get along with him. And though she would never admit it, he really has earned back a bit of her trust. She also has a lot of respect for his abilities.
I'm positive that was horribly repetitive and didn't make any sense. I keep getting distracted by the idea of Wolfram being straight in the chan. D:
