Flood!
So my parents live in West Tennessee where all the flooding has been happening, and they live near a lake. The good news is the house is not underwater and no tree landed on their house, the bad news is the following:
6 trees on their property fell down (1 on the deck).
One of the roads to their house has completely washed out (luckily the other one is no longer under water so they can get out of their neighborhood now).
2/3 of their back yard has washed into the lake. They now have folks scrambing to clear the trees and put up a retaining wall so their house doesn't start to slide down the hill. Very, very expensive (and my folks ain't rich).
I feel bad for them.
