Triathlon Training Update

Bicycle: 20 minutes
Running: .5 miles
Swimming: -

Stationary bike and has no display so I am unsure of miles pedaled. Running is my biggest challenge right now. Still trying to find a place and time to do swimming. This may turn out to be a bigger challenge to me.
