Ah fuck. I can't say what I'm trying to say, it's not working. It doesn't help that live journal claims that I'm spelling disapointment incorrectly... I'm not am I? Or am I very much mistaken?

Anyway, this isn't working, maybe another time.

Poo.

And apparently I spelt poo wrong. And I spelt spelt wrong.
Stupid mofo.

Crap.

Oh yes, I forgot that disapointment is the French spelling. Of course the consonants are silent. We spell it ddissapointment. How could I forget!?! Did you know the Germans spell it with four ds and two zs? Ddzzapoindmend.

Cool, what course did you get into? I'm still there and will be for another year at least. I do plan to do honours, which would mean two more years, but that's not a necessity, though pretty much a certainty.

Doing the old straight Arts, I ended up with a 91.6, which was a little disappointing because I couldn't get into my favoured Arts (languages) course, but I'll be doing 3 languages, philosophy, literature, that kind of thing.

I'm thinking I might do honours if things work out for me. So 3-4 years.

Sweet, which courses? I assume the standard first year Phil courses. I'll be interested to see how you enjoy it. I feel you're similar enough to me that you'll get a lot out of those courses too.

Yeah, I'll be taking the standard first year philosophy courses, along with Russian, German and Spanish.. ill probably drop a language if it all becomes too hard, seeing as how I have to go to Macquarie for my Russian studies.

I'm looking forward to uni a lot, though. March 5th is the start, plus the one week orientation thing. How are your uni studies coming along?

Well, obviously, they're somewhat nonexistent at the moment. But I did pretty well last year, and really enjoyed it. I'll be doing some really interesting stuff next year, and I'm planning to do honours.
