Warped Tour and Atlanta.
Atlanta Summary!
August 25th, 2006.
-I get on the plane...and i realized it was inevitable that I was going to fly, so I sucked up.
-I embarrase myself completely on the plane as I freak out a MILLION TIMES. (I know the stewardess thought I was either crazy or had downs syndrome....one of them at least).
-Held Kristens hand for 20 minutes.....yeah....i'm a loser.....
-Survived and landed in Atlanta around 9:30pm.
-Marilyin (Kristens Aunt) picked us up, took us to a Waffle House for late dinner, and then to her house.
-Slept terribly but slept good enough.....
August 26th, 2006
-Me and Kristin wake up, eat lots of fruit (while watching ER), then swim in Marilyns Pool for an hour
-We go to the Aqarium (which was pretty sweet.....) from 3:00 to 6:00.
-While we're there, we stalk some cute boys, and then give up.
-Later (still at the Aqarium) we were stalked in return, but by two different guys. We basically played Cat and Mouse with them until closing time where we watched eachother disappear into view. I kind of regret not talking to them, seeing as we would never see them again, but oh well.
-After that we visited the Georgia Tech Campus with Marilyins friend "Heather".
-Had some mexican food with Marilyn for Dinner
-Went back to Marillyns (home), and relaxed the rest of the night, along with some swimming.
-Slept terrible again....from the heat.
August 27th, 2006
-Wake up. Eat fruit with ice cream (while watching ER)
-We swim.
-Then we're off to the mall where i score a cute skirt, an awesome lampshade, a gift for my mom, some cute makeup and a headband (which I might have accidently left at Marilyns....!!!!erg....)
-We go home (this is around 4:00pm), and we take a shower to get ready for getting our hair done.
-At 5:00pm we go to Marilyns neighbor (who has a hair studio...!) and she does our hair for the play "Mama Mia", which we were going to see.
-I get A LOT of my hair cutoff....its now to my shoulders and its SO CUTE!
-We go to Mama Mia all dolled up. The play was sweet!
-We go home around 11pm and sleep.
-I sleep GREAT!
August 28th, 2006
-We wake up and eat more ice cream (once again, ER)
-Marilyn takes us to this "Chocolate" exhibit at Fernbank. Kind of cool, a little boring
-We look at stupid displays, and laugh at them in the "Life of Georgia" exhibit, haha
-We go to the "BODIES EXHIBIT". Its this hyped up thing. In short, a medical research group took peoples bodies (who donated them to science) and pumped them with some liquid plastic so that they would be preserved. They then peeled away the layers and put them on display for people to see how the human body works etc.
-We had an interesting time at "Bodies" and then left.
-Went back to Marilyns and relaxed, along with going out to eat.
-Slept iffy, (woke up at 6)
August 29th, 2006
-Woke up at the CRACK OF DAWN, to pack my stuff, get read and head to the airport.
-Fly home (it was a snap this time....)
-Get home, get crabby and almost miss Warped Tour because my mom feels like arguing...!
-Go to Warped Tour....have a sweet time!
Warped Tour In SHORT (I'm tired and hungry)
-Got a poster signed by Billy Talent.
-Got a flyer signed by Senses Fail.
-Watched Billy Talent.
-Watched Apathy for an Enemy and got down.
-Got AFAE, buttons.
-Got a BT tank top.
It was really fun, and sweet.
