If being a vegetarian for the past twelve years doesn't get you to be a creative cook, having a constantly dwindling amount of points available for dinner will. I have learned (mild) salsa is my best friend. We've become so close that I even opt for salsa instead of tomato sauce for ravioli.

This was my dinner tonight. So filling and 7 points. Less point option could be done by using potato but I wanted perogies.

Whole wheat perogies, turnip greens, okra, fried mushrooms, tofurkey breakfast sausage and salsa. Noms.

Carbs get a bad rap. I've lost eighty pounds since mid May and had either pasta or potato almost every night. Its the portions my friends.
