[Like Mitsuhide, Motochika picked out a blue stocking -- but a deep royal blue. And currently, Motochika was attaching some snowflake sequins to it.]

[Mitsuhide smiles softly, before joining his lover on the floor. He removes the stocking from the bag.]
I don't know where to start. This is quite a selection you've acquired, Lord Motochika.
[After a few moments spent examining the decorating items it is a glitter pen that catches his eyes; Mitsuhide has never seen the like before. He picks it up and looks it over.]

[Once done with the snowflake sequins, Motochika picks up a scrap of faux fur and a pair of scissors, then begins cutting. It quickly becomes apparent that he's cutting out a bat.]

A bat? An... interesting motif to go with, my Lord.

[Once the bat is cut out, he reaches for more material scraps and makes it a little christmas hat. He uses beads to give his bat little eyes and a nose.]

[Mitsuhide is not sure how well it works, but he does not say that. Instead he returns his focus to his own stocking. So far he has drawn a pattern of elegant swirls on one side; now he begins to draw in snowflake motifs.]
How should I ensure mine is easily recognisable, do you think?
