I'm sorry but I have to agree with you. I understand that people are "hot." I understand that people are "not used to it." But I've always been amazed at people who spend most of the day in the air conditioning are the people who complain the loudest while walking across the parking lot. I know, I know, I grew up in Florida. I'm used to seeing our thermometer reach above 100 in the shade (even when the news stations reported highs in the 90's) and I know how to fry an egg on the sidewalk. But I also lived in a house that until last year didnt have air conditionsing. Not even a wall unit. That's hot. People who have to work outside all day, or are too poor to afford air conditioning are the people who have the right to bitch, but you generally just see them muddling along with an occasional "whew, nother hot one today."

I also find it amusing that I see this every year. Temps spike into the 90's from the mid-atlantic northward for a few days to a few weeks and everyone acts like its never happened before. Even the meteorologists seem surprised. I was in DC when it was hot as hell and I was in New Hampshire several summers ago for the "Record Heat Wave!" of mid to upper 90 degree temps everday. I bought a window fan for my 2nd story apartment at night and enjoyed the AC at work. And was grateful that I could afford to buy the fan, I saw many who couldn't.

Hahaha, I love how people act like the world is ending. It reaches the upper 90's one weekend of the year EVERY year back here. If you don't like it, leave. Stop acting like this year is "soooooo much worse" because it's 98 and last year it was only 95.

People just enjoy whining.
