Jesse-
Let me first start out by introducing myself. This is Peter Clarkson. You probably know me through Kerri Frake, or maybe even Current Affairs class. That is besides the point though.

I completely agree with what you are trying to tell your friend Brandon, but you do need to realize one thing. If you plan to spread the word of God to him you need to approach it a little differently. Once you accept Christ, you are kind of like a missionary in a way. I highly doubt that any missionary would talk to a non-believer the way you are talking to your friend. You've got to blow him away with kindness and let him see a side of you that would make him want to be a Christian. I know if I felt as though I was being lectured or yelled at, I would turn and look the other way. Some times strong opinions push people in the opposite direction, and in the case of God you want to bring your friend closer. Just try not to argue with him or even get angry at his doubt. Here's a good way of puting this . . .In Current Affairs when Peter Poppens just yells and naggs at people about his political beliefs they just want him to shut up. They don't sincerely take into consideration what he is saying. But when some one like Sammy is calm and brings out facts you are more inclined to listen and cosider her opinion. I gues that is just the way I see it - - - I am really sorry if I sound pushy or like know it all, but I thought it might be helpful.
