One Skein Projects

In the past few days, I've made two projects in Leigh Radford's One Skein: the felted clutch and the asymmetrical hat.

Pattern: Asymmetrical Cable Hat in Leigh Radford's One Skein
Yarn: Crystal Palace Iceland in Icestorm
Comments: This was a very easy and quick knit, and I'm extremely satisfied with the FO. It will get a lot of use in the winter. However, I had less than a yard of yarn left over, and I made the women's size. I wouldn't recommend making the men's size unless you have extra yarn. The women's size, however, fits my hubby very well.

Pattern: Felted Clutch in Leigh Radford's One Skein
Yarn: Lamb's Pride Bulky
Comments: Another quick and easy knit with pleasing results. No complaints about the pattern from me. As for the embellishment, yes, those are stitch markers. The only buttons I had were blue and hot pink, and my embroidery skills are lacking. So I sewed on stitch markers. Not sure why, but I like it.
