Hi. Figured it was time to say hello again. I'm slowly and painfully finishing up my graduate work, which means very little LJ or fangirling. But I'm done (or completely screwed) on June 2, so hopefully some fic or something will happen after that.

I think I am! Life is crazy, of course. I just got into a cookbook, am writing a cookie blog for a friend, and got interviewed by Salt Lake magazine about the ghost tours! Whee!!!

You got into a cookbook? SWEET. For what? Is it something someone with marginal cooking skills (like me) could make?

This was a story cookbook. It was open to writers and storytellers in the local area, and we could submit a recipe that had a great story to go with it. Some of the people chosen were also invited to make their recipe for a dinner for 100 people as a fundraiser, AND perform their story on stage as part of the dinner. All of the proceeds go to feed the homeless in Utah. And YES, the recipe chosen was for fruit dip, which is about the easiest thing in the whole wide world! http://storypotluck.org/
