Couldn't go too much longer without chiming in, so here's my spoiler-free review of...

I got to thinking, and if they REALLY wanted to have a sense of finality, in the last scene, instead of what they did with the chess set, they could have had Magneto knocking the king down. Think about it. With the empty chair there, and the chess set always being a symbol for the struggle between Xavier and Magnus. It would have been awesome.

Well-done, sir, but that requires a level of symbolism and finesse that both blockbuster-oriented directors and major film studies lack.

Well, the LOTR films were big, and I would say they had both of those qualities.

Also, I like how Juggernaut and Xavier had British accents. You MIGHT be able to say they're brothers, but I still think that'd be too much backstory to too little payoff for this movie.
