Question about evil flatmates

Amy is on the lease, her boyfriend is living here but he's not on the lease. They're supposed to be moving out within a couple of weeks. Can I get him kicked out before two weeks are up? Things have gotten personal, I can't live like this anymore.

I dont know the ins and outs of it, but I know my mate Emma refused to put her Fiancé on the lease so that she could kick him out if she ever chose to.

oh and I know it says on my contract both here and in Wales that I'm not allowed visitors for more than x amount of days. I think it's three or four.

I can't remember what it says on the lease but I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to sublet. He's been here for almost three months (he said it was only going to be two) so we could be in violation of the lease too by allowing him here.

I would guess, without actually knowing, that you can kick him out anytime you want to. But it might be hard to force him to leave if he just refuses to.

He will just refuse to. He knows I want him out of here as soon as possible already.

...

Can I come crash with you for a couple of weeks? I'll be quiet, promise. You can even pawn me off on your unsuspecting neighbours instead if you'd prefer.

You might check that with the landlord, or the Uni org. who got you the flat, but I think you have a good chance.
Take care.
