First REAL post in a while...
Well I realized it has been a long time scince my last REAL post so I figured I would update everyone one what's been going on lately.
The econd semester has ben going relatively smoothly...The first week back at school I broke up with the girlfriend that I had at the time. I meet a new girl and we have been casually dating for about a month. Anyway, That has been going great. Along with school going well I have had less to worry about now that I have gotten my eagle rank in scouts (Dec. 18 was ceremony). I am still a Jr.High youth leader at my church and I am still working at the movie theater. I recently finished doing tech for Queen of Clubs which went a bit better than I expected it to. Now we are doing tech for the PA program and it sucks...they expect us to have everything ready for them before we even get info on what they need...they take to long to decide what to do and they aren't patient. hopefully it will get better, the performances are on tuesday.
As for this girl I have been casualy dating it has been going great. We talk about practically everything and we have a lot of fun just hanging out. I asked her to prom yesterday and she said yes and we both agreed that it would be a yes as long as we were still hanging out by the time prom came around. Works for me...
Work has been going well. The FOHill boyz (all the guys at work [including me]) as we have been dubbed had a sort ofparty last night and we all got on a sugar rush and played Halo 2 and stayed up till 4 this morning. Man was it hilarious we were all bouncin' off the walls and pretty much at the top of or game yelling and cursing was mixed with the quick and small massacres around the various maps. It was a lot of fun.
Things with all my friends have been going fine as far as I can tell. This being our last year to see each other everyday I don't has settled in to the full extent yet. I do hope that I can keep in contact with the friends in which I am closest to.
I am so friggin' excited that this is my last year tho. I won't have to wake up at 5 am to get to school where i end up sleeping in half of my classes anyway. I haven't quit decided where I want to go to college yet. It is down to 2 choices either UT Knox or CBU(Christian Brothers University). Anyone have comments on either school?? I know what I am majoring and minoring in (major: Civil engineering, minor: Buisness) but yea It is mainly down to if I want to live 8 to 9 hours away from home. If i go to CBU I will still be in memphis but I won't be at my house hardly ever. But I will still be close to home if something were to happen in the family (such as a death or incident) but if I am at UT I know that I will be MUCH more independant and if something were to happen it would be a bit harder to get home to try and help out with whatever the situation might be. I have looked at both schools and I think both have great programs and campuses. As for the student body I am going to know people at both schools and in both cities. So I will be ok as far as having somewhat of a social life (hopefully). But as I said I am not entirely sure which school I want to go to as of this moment.
As a relapse Everything has been going somewhat smoothly (minus the ocasional mishaps that seem to occur no matter what). And hopefully things in the futur will go well but no one is sure what is in store for themselves...am I right? Well this ends the first REAL update in a while and I hope that everything in everyone else's lives is going well...
